Prepare to be transported into a winter wonderland as the EPIC
team once again works its magic at San Diego’s beloved Hotel del Coronado beginning now through January 7th. For the first time ever, EPIC is also spreading its creative wings to Hawaii, reimagining the holiday experience at the newly transformed Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, now through January 5th. Head over to Miami, Florida for a whole month of festive family fun at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden‘s “Very Merry Garden” this December.
Charity Hill, co-founder of EPIC Entertainment Group, emphasized, “Our passion lies in crafting unforgettable moments that capture the unique essence of each location. We are dedicated to creating immersive experiences and custom décor that transform every venue into a holiday masterpiece. We are so pleased to team up with a local Hawaiian artist to bring the spirit of the island to life with our Christmas tree sculpture at Turtle Bay.”
On the enchanting North Shore of Oahu, Turtle Bay Resort has undergone a magical transformation, embracing a beach-chic holiday theme complete with a nature-inspired lobby tree and garland, and heartwarming Hawaiian-style encounters with Santa. In an exclusive collaboration for this season, EPIC and Turtle Bay Resort have partnered with acclaimed local muralist Jack Soren to create an awe-inspiring 18-ft Christmas tree crafted from surfboards depicting an island-style mural. This magnificent installation showcased at the resort’s entrance, promises to captivate all who approach the luxury haven.
Now in its third consecutive year of collaboration with Hotel del Coronado, EPIC has worked closely with the iconic property to expand the experiential offerings as this year’s theme, “A Twenties Holiday Affair,” takes guests back 100 years to the extravagance of the Art Deco era. EPIC is renowned for bringing the Del’s mesmerizing choreographed light show to life in 2021, and they are thrilled to announce its triumphant return this season as “All That Jazz” – an all-new holiday jazz-themed experience with choreography and music developed specifically for this year’s show. Now through January 7th, guests can revel in stunningly-curated décor as well as newly expanded seaside igloos, an array of bars, stunning new trees, and not to forget the breathtaking 25-ft lobby tree.
Hopping over to the East Coast, EPIC Entertainment Group continues its tradition of delivering festive fun at Miami’s Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden as “A Very Merry Garden” has returned with family-friendly fun and entertainment. Guests can get into the holiday spirit with the Reindeer Roundup scavenger hunt, offering weekly prizes for those who embark on the quest to find Santa’s beloved furry friends. Enjoy live music and visit with Santa himself on select days in the garden. On the evening of December 12th, a special holiday Sip N Stroll event, “Jingles & Jazz,” will light up the garden with music and themed cocktails. Visitors are in for a jolly treat as they wander through the delightful gift shop, brimming with fun and festive treasures, all while basking in the enchanting glow of the splendid Christmas tree. Step into the charming new bistro, where guests can join in the merriment with Mrs. C as she shares heartwarming stories. It’s the perfect recipe for an upbeat and festive holiday experience!
For those in the great state of Texas, don’t miss the exciting “Hill Country Christmas” at the JW San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, now newly branded by EPIC for an unforgettable experience. Their holiday activation kicked off on November 11th and runs through December.
