From Creation Entertainment – (Los Angeles, CA, October 23, 2016) America’s longest running genre TV series Supernatural will be celebrated at Creation Entertainment’s Supernatural Official Convention coming to the Los Angeles area, Friday thru Sunday, November 11, 12, 13, at the Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel, 2500 North Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505.
Now in its 11th season, the CW’s hit TV series Supernatural follows the Winchester Brothers as they travel the USA in search of demons and other figures of the paranormal while cruising in their 1967 vintage Impala. The interplay between the two lead characters has captured a loyal fan base most likely aided by the heartthrob status of actors Ackles and Padalecki. Supernatural offers plenty of action and gore but true fans of the series, and those most likely to attend the convention, love the brotherly bond between Ackles and Padalecki’s characters of Dean and Sam Winchester.
Throughout the weekend celebrity guests from Supernatural scheduled to appear will include: on Friday, Osric Chau (Kevin Tran), Julian Richings (Death) and Alaina Huffman (Abaddon); on Saturday, Misha Collins (Castiel), Mark Sheppard (Crowley), Matt Cohen (Young John Winchester), Mark Pellegrino (Lucifer), Sebastian Roche (Balthazar); and on Sunday, the stars of Supernatural Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) and Jared Padalecki, (Sam Winchester) will appear together on stage, as well as Mark Sheppard (Crowley) and Felicia Day (Charlie).
The MC for the entire convention weekend will be Richard Speight, Jr. (Trickster/Gabriel) and his comical sidekick Rob Benedict (Chuck Shurley/Carver Edlund),
Join the outrageous fun as two unique fandom parties are back! On Friday night at 9:45 PM, the Karaoke Party “Game of Tones” hosted “Karaoke Kings” Richard Speight, Jr. and Matt Cohen bring crazy fun and music along with surprise celebrity guest singers. (free to convention attendees). Also, don’t miss “The Saturday Night Special”, starts at 10:15 PM, a star studded concert event featuring the band Louden Swain with Supernatural’s own Rob Benedict as lead singer. So far, guest performers include Mark Sheppard, Osric Chau, Richard Speight Jr. and Matt Cohen but you never know who will drop by.
In addition to celebrity appearances, the non-stop auditorium show will include behind the scenes presentations, costume and trivia contests, no minimum bid auctions of unique collectibles and one-of-a-kind items, and special salute videos. Plus licensed Supernatural merchandise available for purchase.
General admission tickets are available in advance or at the door for $50 on Friday, $80 on Saturday. On Sunday, GA tickets are sold out but preferred seating tickets are available at $155. General admission tickets for the Saturday night celebrity cabaret are $60. Show hours are Friday, 11:00 – 6:00 PM, Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (times are tentative).
