Right now Guy Ritchie‘s adaptation of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. is in theaters, offering a bit more style than substance, but for those who have an affinity for the original, Warner Bros. have just issued the original movies based upon the spy television series on VOD. Eight movies, a couple of which recently screened at the New Beverly Cinema here in Los Angeles, that were extended versions of two-part episodes are now available for purchase or rental through most VOD retailers, like Amazon. So if Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer aren’t your gig, there’s plenty of Robert Vaughn and David McCallum to satisfy all your spy-related needs.
