There have been rumors surrounding Ben Hardy in X-Men: Apocalypse since the very first announcement of his being cast. Everyone has pretty much assumed he would be playing Warren Worthington’s Angel, no matter how much the studio said the opposite. Until now. The film’s director, Bryan Singer, has confirmed by way of Empire Online that not only will he portray Angel, he will continue his evolution into Archangel/Death, one of Apocalypse’s horsemen. These character designs make perfect sense for the film, and I don’t know why I hadn’t heard rumblings about this character change before.
X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May 27th, 2016.
The Suicide Squad cast table read photo released earlier this week on Twitter was short one cast member. The entire cast was there, including Will Smith (Deadshot), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), but where was Jared Leto (The Joker)? He was nowhere to be found in the picture posted online by the film’s director, David Ayer.

Well, Ayer has now remedied this by tweeting this photo of Leto doing his best Killing Joke impression.
