As a part of the E3 presentation, Torn Banner went into deeper detail into how the game’s combat breaks down, focusing on two character classes that have not been demoed previously. The defensive Vigilist, who throws out a projectile shield and has an immense melee reach with her spear; and the Tinker, who lays explosive mines throughout the battlefield and uses a long-range grapple. The way players will have to learn how to use their specific class skills on each other is what makes Mirage: Arcane Warfare‘s combat system that much more engaging.
