Located five minutes away from Los Angeles’ Chinatown, Barbell Brigade has grown exponentially since its original opening in a few years ago. The gym is unlike your commercial gym because there are no cardio machines and has a sole focus on lifting weights. For powerlifters, olympic weightlifters, crossfitters, and anyone that wants to lift heavy weights, Barbell Brigade is the promise land. Started by Geo Kwan and Bart Kwan, who just got married last year, what started off as a dream has now become one of the most popular gyms in the United States and across the world.
Barbell Brigade will be holding the Meet and Greet with Geo and Bart the TheFitExpo Los Angeles on January 23-24 at Booth #435 from 10am-5pm.
If you can’t make TheFitExpo, Barbell Brigade will be open this weekend from 7am-10pm and is located at 646 Gibbons Street Los Angeles, CA 90031.
