MARVEL’s Avengers Next-Gen launch is set for March 18, 2021 with Operation: Hawkeye – Future Imperfect, all at No Additional Cost
Square Enix announced the MARVEL’s Avengers next-gen launch onto PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles on March 18, 2021, with the second new playable Super Hero for the game: Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye. Players who own the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game can upgrade to the full next-gen version of the game at no additional cost. The upgrade is only for PS4 – PS5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S. The PS4 disc version requires the PS5 console with a disc drive and The Xbox One disc version requires an Xbox Series X console. All progress saved on the previous generation console will be transferred if you upgrade to the next-gen console.
Personally, I can’t wait to see what it’s like to go up against Maestro. Especially as Hawkeye! I mean, that just seems unfair and one-sided. But also keep in mind, it is Hawkeye that kills the Hulk; so… I’m not a fan of this t-shirt and jeans uniform though. Kind of irks me, I’ll probably roll around in the Ronin gear. Anyway, get excited about the updates coming in about 30 days. Plenty of time to level you and get your gear ready. For more information, check out the official announcement from Square Enix:
