The incredibly talented actor and musician Marcus Massey shares his widsom and cunning as Owl in ‘Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2‘, a darker tone sequel to the horror-comedy original. This go-around Winnie-the-Pooh and company come out of the 
100-acre woods and head into the city to find Christopher Robin, who broke his promise in caring for the woodland creatures. In fact, it is Owl who convinces everyone in seeking vengeance against Christopher Robin for his treachery, where you cannot help but wonder, are the animals right in their assessment of humanity?
The success of ‘Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey‘ via streaming was only a surprise to the studios. That one horror-comedy based on the A.A. Milne, children’s tales warranted a theatrical release for ‘Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2‘ Pooh and Piglet are now joined by Owl and Tigger, in what could be seen as also an environmental tale, against industrialization in how society has effected the ecological system.
Horror has never been my go-to, but somehow, producer Rhys Frake-Waterfield has taken various children’s fables like Winnie-the-Pooh and Peter Man, making himself the modern day Grimms storyteller, making Jacob and Wilhelm quite proud of the legacy they left behind.
Official Synopsis:
Deep within the 100-Acre-Wood, a destructive rage grows as Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger find their home and their lives endangered after Christopher Robin revealed their existence. Not wanting to live in the shadows any longer, the group decides to take the fight to the town of Ashdown, home of Christopher Robin, leaving a bloody trail of death and mayhem in their wake. Winnie and his savage friends will show everyone that they are deadlier, stronger and smarter than anyone could ever imagine and get their revenge on Christopher Robin, once and for all.
