Comedienne and podcast host, Libbie Higgins discuss’ her role as Sybil Pitman in Full Moon Features ‘Baby Oopsie‘, with Episodes One and Two now available for streaming on their platform.
The brainchild of William Butler (Madhouse, My Babysitter the Superhero, Curse of the Re-Animator), Full Moon Features ‘Baby Oopsie‘, follows Sybil Pitman (Higgins) a doll collector and restorer, who befriends the demon possessed doll and its murderous ways.
Higgins who is now part of the Full Moon Features Demonic Toys franchise series finds her character in some pretty interesting predicaments along side possessed friend Ray-Ray Dupree (Justina Armistead). One quick correction on behalf of Justina, IMDB lists Justina as “Justin” and I apologize for using the wrong name when first mentioned in this interview.
Higgins talks about her stage fright as a comedienne, the difference between instant gratification from a live crowd and the delayed gratification in waiting several months to hear a response to her work, and opening for Trailer Trash Tammy.
Full Moon Features ‘Baby Oopsie‘, is a delightfully fun, horror comedy that as both Higgins and I attest to, being total wusses when it comes to watching certain types of horror movies, like the torture porn style films of the last decade. Lucky for us, William Butler has a way of creating humor in tense situations that has the audience laughing at things we would be embarrassed to admit in public.
