All new Injustice 2 Villains Trailer, It’s Good to be Bad, highlights 4 of the game’s playable super villains.
Our weekly dose of Injustice 2 is delivered via an all-new Injustice 2 Villains trailer, It’s Good to be Bad. The trailer highlights 4 of DC’s big bads dealing damage to numerous heroes. The 4 villains featured are Gorilla Grodd, Bane, Captain Cold, and Scarecrow. I think this is one of the better character reveal trailers as of late. It doesn’t go deep into detail for any of the characters, but it does a great job of highlighting their moves, showing some of their special, and very well put together.
Gorilla Grodd is a beastly fighter with some telekinetic abilities that will literally make opponents hit themselves. Bane is another monstrous bad guy who pummels his opponents relentlessly. The biggest surprise, at least for me, is Captain Cold. Who seems to be a far more capable physical combatant than I gave him credit for. His moves are subtle, but precise and effective. He also seems to be in full control of his cold gun and its powers. Scarecrow is the most menacing of all the villains, swinging around a chained scythe to slash and hook his opponents. If this game was aimed at the same demo as MK blood with litter the stage when Scarecrow is on it.
The trailer is fastpaced, violent, and bad ass, furthering mine and many other’s interests and anticipation of the game. Injustice 2 is releasing for PlayStaion 4 and Xbox One May 16, 2017.
