GameStop, Inc.

KROQ, Travis & Feldy Present Back To The Beach flyer with band lineup and venue details

KROQ, Travis Barker and John Feldmann come together to announce Back To The Beach—a new weekend destination festival featuring some of the biggest names in modern ska, punk and reggae—debuting Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29 on the sand at the world famous Huntington State Beach, in Southern California.

Back To The Beach will feature performances from 311, Sublime With Rome, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Goldfinger (featuring Travis Barker), Fishbone (original lineup), The Aquabats, and many more performing on the shore of the Pacific Ocean in picturesque Oran

ge County, California. There will be special surprises announced in the coming weeks.

Back To The Beach is produced by Synergy Global Entertainment (SGE), blink-182‘s Travis Barker and Goldfinger‘s John Feldmann.

Tickets go on sale Friday, February 23 at 10:00 AM PT at http://backtothebeachfest.com. A limited number of VIP ticket package options are available (see below for details). For this family friendly event, kids under 10 get in free when accompanied by an adult with paid admission. This is an all-ages event.

The current daily band lineup for Back To The Beach is as follows:

  • Saturday, April 28:

311, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Aquabats, Hepcat, Less Than Jake, Mad Caddies, The Suicide Machines, Big D and the Kids Table, and more

  • Sunday, April 29:

Sublime With Rome, Goldfinger (featuring Travis Barker), Fishbone (the original lineup), Save Ferris, The Interrupters, Mustard Plug, The Aggrolites, The Untouchables, and more

John “Feldy” Feldmann of Goldfinger, co-producer of Back To The Beach, explains, “The inception of the idea of a ska festival turned into reality from one festival (Punk In Drublic) to another! I grew up on ska, so this has been my dream! Now I get to do it with one of my best friends, Travis Barker (The Aquabats). 2 OG rude boys getting back to our roots!”

“With such an incredible ska-influenced lineup, this is the dream show for every Southern California music fan from 1995 to today. Travis Barker and John Feldmann put in a lot of hard work with me to get this right and we think we accomplished our goal. We have to thank California State Parks for letting us do this at the most unbelievable venue on the sand at the most popular beach on Earth…Huntington State Beach. So many attractions, great food and drink…A CAN’T MISS WEEKEND,” states John Reese, Back To The Beach Producer and President of SGE, Inc.

Reese continues, “We wanted to create a festival for the entire family. The Lil’ Punk Kid Zone will offer everything from bounce houses and carnival games of chance to a sandcastle demolition…it’s going to be a really fun day at the beach for all ages.”

Back To The Beach will feature a carnival midway, beach games, the Lil’ Punk Kid Zone, vegan food, craft beer and cocktails, and more.
