Judy Greer is one of the finest actresses working today who seems to have been relegated to the role of concerned mother in a number of this year’s blockbusters, including Ant-Man, Tomorrowland, and Jurassic World. But now she’s got her chance to lead a movie, albeit a smaller independent comedy, in Addicted to Fresno, which sees the venerable actress take on the role of a sex addict in the quaint town of Fresno. Greer stars along side some of the today’s better comedic actresses in Natasha Lyonne, Aubrey Plaza, and Molly Shannon. Addicted to Fresno is directed by Jamie Babbit, who broke onto the scene years ago with the Lyonne-led comedy But I’m a Cheerleader.
