With the release of Green Inferno finally happening after being shelved for quite some time, Eli Roth is having a pretty good year. And it’s about to get better. October sees the release of Roth’s second film of the year, Knock Knock, a tense erotic thriller starring Keanu Reeves as a family man who falls into temptation, with Lorenza Izzo and Ana de Armas as the seductresses who wreak havoc upon his life. Lionsgate has released the first full trailer. If you watch it, make sure you have a Xanax handy.
When a devoted husband and father is left home alone for the weekend, two stranded young women unexpectedly knock on his door for help. What starts out as a kind gesture results in a dangerous seduction and a deadly game of cat and mouse.
Knock Knock is in theaters and on VOD October 9th.
