Marvel Studios co-President Louis D’Esposito has been tweeting photos from the set of Doctor Strange, and there may be spoilers involved. First up here he is on what looks like a monastery set along with director Scott Derrickson and executive producer Stephen Broussard. Note the very familiar symbol on the doors behind them.

And here we have D’Esposito with Derrickson again, and a certain wall crawler? Tom Holland stopped by the set, which could mean Spider-Man may make an appearance, but probably not. Though you never know. Speculate away, internet.
