Face An Unfamiliar Mystical Threat With a New Arsenal of Magic in Warriors Orochi 4

GameStop, Inc.

An all-new gripping story is coming to Warriors Orochi 4, coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC via Steam this fall

I’ve enjoyed pretty much every Warriors game I’ve played. There are definitely some that are better than others, but they’re always consistently enjoyable. KOEI TECMO, has been stepping it up lately too. Though the last Dynasty Warriors wasn’t it’s strongest, it shows that the franchise its evolving and paving the way for new and better games. Which is why I’m really excited for Warriors Orochi 4.

KOEI TECMO just announced that Warriors Orochi 4 will be coming to North America this fall for consoles and PC.

“Set in a world on the brink of chaos, heroes from across the Warring States period of Japan and the Three Kingdoms era of China successfully defeat the evil Orochi and end his reign. After overcoming their desperate struggle to save the world, our heroes return to their respective eras – or so they think. These two worlds, merged by an unknown entity, are again threatened and the heroes must find the key to restore them and return to their respective homes. As they begin to uncover the mystery surrounding their arrival in these new fused lands, their discoveries lead them to one deity: Zeus, the supreme god among gods.”

– KOEI TECMO America

The new gripping narrative can be experienced from the perspective of 170 characters, 165 of them are returning characters from across the Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, and Warriors Orochi universes. The massive one versus thousands action will see new additions, like characters being able to cast powerful magical abilities and combining their weapons with magic to create devastating attacks.

That’s kind of all the information we got, and we also don’t have a trailer. But from the action shots it looks to be a gorgeous blend of power and combat. Stay tuned, and we’ll keep you up to date.
