One of the favorite shows of our editor-in-chief, Tyrant is gearing up for its second season debut in just a matter of weeks with a couple very brief teasers. And when I say they’re brief, I ain’t lying. Tyrant is a story of deadly political intrigue within the fictional oil-rich nation of Abbudin. The Al-Fayeed family has positioned themselves at the top and must preserve power by brutal means if necessary, think of it as a Middle East version of House of Cards. But the fleeting nature of power is like grains of sand through our fingers, and every character on Tyrant is desperately grasping for more and more sand.
Tyrant‘s Season 2 premiere airs Tuesday, June 16th at 10pm only on FX.
