Brad Bird‘s Tomorrowland has been wrapped in secrecy ever since the project was announced. Over the past few months, we’ve been given more glimpses into the wonderful world of Tomorrowland, though the central mystery of the story has remained intact. With the release of Tomorrowland just a month away, Disney has released the third trailer for the sci-fi blockbuster and it’s a doozy. There was always an interest in what Brad Bird and company had up their sleeve, but the action sequences alone in this trailer are enough to push this flick towards the top of my most anticipated summer movies.
But that’s not all. Disney has announced that those seeing Avengers: Age of Ultron in IMAX will be given another sneak peek into the world of Tomorrowland, presenting six minutes of footage on the massive IMAX screens. Here are all the details on that:
Additionally, a special presentation of the film, featuring more than six minutes of footage to be introduced by director Brad Bird, will screen exclusively in IMAX® theatres domestically and in select international markets beginning May 1. The extended first look of *Tomorrowland* will screen directly prior to *Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron* and will play for the duration of that film’s run in IMAX.
