At the start of Rebirth, Geoff Johns teased that The Watchmen and the canonical DC Universe have merged. Thanks to the return of Wally West, amalgamation of Superman from Post-Crisis and New-52, and the four-issue crossover between The Flash and Batman, we are ready for the reveal of the Doomsday Clock!
Be forewarned, there are a couple of hints as to how the story unfolds beginning with a fan-favorite anti-hero helping a few old friends escape from prison…no! Not Harley Quinn. RORSCHACH — or is it!?! Still as intimidating as ever, he seeks to find Adrian Veidt aka Ozymandias and whatever twisted plot he has in store.
The trio…er…quartet? Either way, seek to stop World War III and the annihilation of humanity, especially with only a handful of hours left since the nukes have been launched as Russia invades Poland. Who is the only one that can help stop all of this and restore some order to the world? Is it a bird, a plane, a Superman, a doctor or a…god?
Do gods dream? Can aliens have nightmares? What or who is causing all the problems in the world? Looks like we have to wait until issue number two….UHH, just give me the graphic novel already!!!

The Verdict
We always wondered who watched the Watchmen. Now we ask, who’s watching the world?
