The Ultimate Hydration for Gamers – Sparkling Ice +Caffeine Review

Sparkling Ice +Caffeine is the perfect blend of taste, hydration, and energy, with zero calories, and zero crash – Sparkling Ice +Caffeine Review

I’m a gamer, editor, writer, and a person who sits in front of screens a majority of the time. To help combat the widely documents health issues, I do yo-yo between a keto and low carb diet as well as avoid sugar most of the time. It is hard to find a refreshing drink that does not have sugar, at least without alcohol. That’s where Sparkling Ice comes in! I often leave a grocery store with a six-pack, because sometimes you need a refreshing drink with some flavor. Sparkling Ice tastes good and doesn’t mess with my blood sugar much. It’s generally a perfect drink, that now also has caffeine!

Sparkling Ice +Caffeine is their new product that adds a little energy boost to the already very refreshing drink. Working in gaming, I can assure you the stereotype of people who work in gaming pounding energy drinks then working on their computers all day is a very tried and practiced tradition. But that mass amount of caffeine and “chemicals” is really not good for anyone, let alone people who are not expending much physical energy. I have seen many fall into a cycle of dependency on an unreasonable amount of caffeine that either takes a physical toll on their body or leaves them as a walking energy drain without it. There is a definite need and reason for caffeine and added energy, but most energy drinks overdo it and there are many who just don’t like coffee or tea.

But that’s where Sparkling Ice +Caffeine comes in. Sparkling Ice +Caffeine provides that perfect amount of caffeine to make you slightly more alert and cognitive. It doesn’t kick you into gear like an energy drink, it more soothes you into a better mood like coffee and tea. It’s pretty much the feeling of eating and sleeping properly, and also being ready and engaged. It’s definitely not the type of energy that will help you get through an all-nighter or a shock to the system like an energy shot, but it is clean energy that really does make a difference in your day. I would say it’s a good mid-day or after work type energy boost. Enough to keep you feeling good without wearing you down. I want to say it did help me in some gaming after work, but more energy doesn’t make up for lack of practice…

On top of the clean energy effects, Sparkling Ice +Caffeine tastes great! I’ve been a fan of Sparkling Ice for years, so this isn’t really anything new. However, compared to the typical tastes to other energy drinks, it tastes way better. The best way I can describe the flavor of most energy drinks is, “EXTREME.” They don’t necessarily taste bad, but they have an intense flavor that lets you know it’s an energy drink. Sparkling Ice tastes more like a reasonably sugared fruit-flavored soda. Picture a strawberry or orange soda, or whatever flavor you got, with an amount of sugar that lets you taste the flavor labeled more than sugar with a hint of that flavor. It is great on its own, or a good pairing with food. Personally, I love to drink a can when I’m eating wings. The flavor is a good palette cleanser and the carbonation helps wash down the oils.

Sparkling Ice +Caffeine

Sparkling Ice +Caffeine checks all the right boxes for an energy drink. First of all, it tastes good and tastes normal. It doesn’t have that heavy flavor most energy drinks have that unequivocally let you know you’re drinking an energy drink. Next, it provides what I consider good energy. It isn’t an intense rush of chemical reactions from foreign substances. Instead, it’s a soothing energy that keeps you going at peak conditions. Lastly, it’s 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 calories, and a lot more diet-friendly than other energy drinks and drinks in general. In the age of 0 carbs, it is a gift from the beyond! Rest assured, we will be using it in our more “spirited” content in the days to come. The one downside, which is entirely situational, is if you are looking for an energy drink to really WAKE YOU UP. It is definitely not one of those types of drinks. But as long as you’re looking for a clean energy boost with no crash, or just something refreshing to drink that has a little more flavor than tea, Sparkling Ice +Caffeine is it. Considering it has quickly become one of my go to drinks of choice, my Sparkling Ice +Caffeine review gets a 4.5/5.
