Solo New York expands its Re:cycled Collection with seven new items
Solo New York proudly launched the extension of their Re:cycled Collection. Every bag in the collection is made out of recycled PET bottles and Solo has set the goal to eliminate 40 million plastic bottles from landfills by 2024! Solo’s sustainability efforts don’t just include recycled materials being used, all of their polybags will soon be replaced with biodegradable and compostable bags made from non-GMO corn starch. Solo is updating all hang tags on their products to be made from 100% recycled material as well.
Solo New York has always made great bags. They are uniquely designed to accommodate the needs and desires of modern living, look good, and are incredibly intuitive. Growing up returning my Jansport Backpack every year to Costco to get a new one, getting my first Solo New York Backpack was a gamechanger. Now that Solo New York is also being responsible and proactive about their contribution to the environment, it’s hard to not want more and more Solo bags.
In their expansion of the collection, Solo has added seven new products that include two backpacks, two carry-on rolling bags, a briefcase, and a tablet sleeve. Check out the products in the gallery:
