Skull Tales: Full Sail! completely overshoots their Kickstarter destination with over a day left to go on their campaign!
Skull Tales: Full Sail! the upcoming semi-cooperative pirate adventure tabletop game is more than 800% over their original funding goal! The Kickstarter, live for one more day, was funded in less than an hour and has achieved more than 45 unlocked Stretch Goals. Skull Tales: Full Sail is a pirate adventure game for one to five players and has more than 85 miniatures. Each game is divided into three different Phases, each with their own mechanics and components, and can be played by means of campaigns, which are essentially a set of connected scenarios, complete with gripping narration that vividly tells a story.
This game looks amazing. I get a kind of Gleam vibe from it, has it is massive and incorporates a mix of miniatures, tokens, cards, and game board. Check out some of the gameplay below, I’ve linked to what I felt was the heart of the gameplay:
The game has a lot of depth and the playable characters seem to offer a huge range of play. It looks like it has a bit of a learning curve, and is not a casual game, but definitely a game you and your friends can REALLY get into. I mean like dress up as your character and speak like pirates level get into. I highly recommend you head over to their Kickstarter and pledge for your copy before this game goes live and prices likely soar. The thing is over 800% funded, it will only get bigger. Also, if you want a full breakdown of the game, the Kickstarter page has all the details and some videos that help break down all the information. But if you just want to see more of the game, I’ve attached images below.
