Look Good and Express Yourself- SkinIt PS4 Pro Skin Review

GameStop, Inc.

Keep your Playstation 4 Pro in pristine condition and make it look amazing at the same time! Our SkinIt PS4 Pro Skin Review.

I don’t know if you know, but most electronics devices look the same. Video game consoles especially. There are the occasional special editions, but for the most part, they just come in black and white. Of Playstation 4 and Playstation 4 Pro, I’ve only seen the standard black. Luckily, there’s SkinIt. SkinIt makes custom protection for electronics, allowing you to personalize and protect your devices with form-fitting skins, covers, and cases, and are always on top of providing skins for the latest devices like with their new line of PS4 Pro Skin and Xbox One S. They have pre-made, or pre-selected, designs from numerous styles and licenses, and also allow you to input your own custom design. We got the check out their PS4 Pro skin, which you can see in our feature video above.

The first thing you’ll notice is the quality of the material. I believe it is a vinyl sticker, which is why it gives such a nice smooth shine. It really enhances the image and design. It also feels comfortable and does not inhibit gameplay. If anything it gives it a little more grip.

What is most impressive about SkinIt, is how well it form fits to the device. Each piece is surgically cut to adhere and wrap around its designated area. I had this Arkham Knight skin for my controller that did not wrap the controller right no matter how carefully you tried. SkinIt, on the other hand, was instantly applied with no major effort. It is also incredibly easy to smooth out the bubbles, unlike those screen protectors for phones that require a weird rubber edge.

The SkinIt PS4 Pro skins are for lack of a better word, AWESOME. I’m not sure if anyone else out there is a huge Maui fan, so it might not have the same effect until you get to choose your own design. But that’s half the fun; actually probably more. If you like having customized electronics, being able to tell which controller is yours when you have a LAN party, or tell if your sibling has been using your controller, there is no better looking, comfortable, and easily applicable protector than SkinIt. Also at $29.99 for consoles, the price is just right. My SkinIt PS4 Pro Review gets a 5/5.

You can get your SkinIt PS4 Pro Skin, or skin your consoles, mobiles devices, tablets, laptops, headphones, etc. at

The Verdict

The SkinIt PS4 skins are for lack of a better word, AWESOME. I’m not sure if anyone else out there is a huge Maui fan, so it might not have the same effect until you get to choose your own design. But that’s half the fun, actually probably more. If you like having customized electronics, being able to tell which controller is yours when you have a LAN party, or keep your sibling from draining your controller’s batteries, there is no better looking, comfortable, and easily applicable protector than SkinIt. Also at $29.99 for consoles, the price is just right.
