Sarah Alexandra Marks Talks About Starring in the Action-Thriller ‘Escape‘ dealing with Human Trafficking and is now available for Digital Download in the UK and Ireland.
We had the pleasure of speaking with Sarah Alexandra Marks about her latest project, ‘Escape‘, which was filmed in the stunning Canary Islands. During our chat, she shared insights into the production and her experiences on set. Filming in such a picturesque location seemed like a dream, but as Marks recounted, the intensity of the storyline added layers of complexity. The film dives deep into the harrowing experience of ten women who are abducted from a remote island resort and find themselves at the mercy of a
ruthless criminal gang.
Marks plays a pivotal role among these women in ‘Escape‘, and her performance is both gripping and poignant. ‘Escape‘ showcases their desperate struggle for survival in a harsh desert environment, where hope seems almost extinguished. As we discussed’Escape‘, we couldn’t help but quip about our friend JP Gates, who we tease as, “difficult to work with” only on the contrary to be a true delight, but stated so in order for him to watch this interview. Marks laughed, recalling how wonderful he and the rest of her co-stars were on ‘Escape‘. It’s all in good fun, as Gates brings a warm and collaborative spirit to any production he’s part of.
