Angel Studios latest biopic ‘Rule Breakers’ follows sisters Roya and Elaha Mahboob in their creation of the first all-female Afghani robotics team.
We had the privilege of speaking with Roya Mahboob and her sister, co-writer Elaha Mahboob, of ‘Rule Breakers‘, a powerful film that tells the true story of Afghanistan’s first all-female robotics team. These young women, led by Elaha, defied incredible odds to pursue their dreams of education and independence, despite the harsh and oppressive rule of the Taliban.
