Capcom has just announced that the newest entry in the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will be released later this year in September as a digital download for the Nintendo 3DS from the Nintendo eShop. The game will have a price of $29.99 when it is released. Spirit of Justice sees both Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice return to take on exciting new cases. Phoenix find himself in the Kingdom of Khura’in, where séance trials decide the outcome for the defendants. Like a trial by combat but less fighting and more ghosty. The new gameplay mechanic, the Divination Séance, allows players to see the last moments of the victim’s life. Phoenix must unravel the discrepancies and contradictions between the Royal Priestess’s Insight and what was shown in the séance. Apollo, however, is facing his own problems trying to manage the Wright Anything Agency. A multitude of friends and adversaries return as the duo fights to bring about justice.
