Third Generation Heavy Hitter, “The Perfect Knockout” Samantha Starr is keeping the family tradition alive be continuing her winning way in the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA).
Starr paternal side includes grandfather Grizzly Smith, father Sam Houston, former WWF (WWE) Women’s Champion Rockin’ Robin and WWE Hall of Famer, Jake “The Snake” Roberts.” Starr’s maternal grandparents were promoters and wrestlers Nick Robert and Lorraine Johnson, while her mother is Baby Doll “The Perfect 10”.
If Starr’s family history isn’t impressive enough, she has also been a restauranteur, works for a Fortune 200 company and a professional chef, all while having started wrestling professionally at the age of 14!!!
Starr has given us a glimpse into her life as you can see above in our interview as she keeps the family tradition alive within the confines of an NWA ring. She may not have gotten Grandpa Grizzly’s 7-foot frame, but she has all the knockout power that her mamma did in taking Jim Cornette down.
