Nicalis Switch Games Line Up is going to flip the Switch from off to awesome with Redout and The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+
I have to apologize for not talking about the Nintendo Switch enough, or at all, in the gaming section. So to rectify, here is the Nicalis Switch Games coming out around the release. First up, Redout. Redout will be the Switch’s first original racer. It uses Epic’s Unreal graphics engine and razor-sharp control mechanics to deliver one of the most intense experience in the Switch’s launch line-up.
Developed by 34BigThings, Redout is a futuristic racing game that looks like a cross between F-Zero and Star Wars Pod Racers. The graphics look sleek and vibrant, providing an ambiance that screams EXTREME and makes me want Mountain Dew.
The Binding of Isaac is the rogue hit that has swarmed PC and Consoles and looks to continue its infectious fun on the switch. If you didn’t read our previous coverage, let me break it down. The Binding of Isaac is a top-view multiplayer dual -stick shoot’em-up game that features a fair amount of gore and dark humor. This game is developed and published by Nicalis and features over 500 different items and weapons, over 6,000 different rooms, 50+ unique bosses, 30+ challenge modes, and 20 different endings. Nintendo will probably have a new console by the time you experience over 4 billion possible gameplay combinations.
Nicalis is ready to bring the fun to the Switch with Redout and The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth +. Both games look poised to take full advantage of the Switch’s controller and portability. I’m personally looking forward to having The Binding of Isaac on the go. Something about a cutesy gorey game I can take with me just seems like a really good idea. We’ll give you the hard release dates once we get them.
