Day 2:
So last night ended up being my cheat meal already. One of my friends was having an, “existential crisis,” which translates to, “complaining without resolution.” It ended up being all-you-can-eat sushi, which I did not take as a challenge like usual. I walked on out instead of waddled like the old John Pinette Chinese Buffett bit about being there for 4-hours and should be eating vegetables instead.
Either way, breakfast was a couple of Eggo waffle’s with peanut butter and hot tea with no sugar. Lunch was leftovers from yesterday and dinner was that vegan protein powder to balance out last night’s sushi binge.
As for lifting it was shoulder day, which lead me home to second round of Country Heat of “Country Swing.” I made it through the entire workout today as I didn’t have to go through the tutorial and although I’m not getting all the moves down, the stuff that I have to modify or skip because of my knees and ankles, I kept going with moves that were used earlier.
Country Heat is definitely not easy, but it is enjoyable. So far, the only really annoying part is when Autumn Calabrese would get overly excited between the next set of moves by yelling, “Step. Touch!”
Now all that is required is more stretching and an ice pack for my left ankle.
