McCoy notes that while in the past, the minimum requirements on a game used to just mean what you need in order to initially just run the game. For the Titanfall 2 minimum specs that he posts, he says that their team believes that if these specs are at least matched, a player should be able to average around 60 frames per second while playing at a 1600 x 900 resolution; without having to turn most of the other details off as well.
For the recommended specs, he says users should be able to run at or above 60 fps with a 1920 x 1080 resolution with almost max settings for details. He goes on to talk about the new tech introduced into the game like a new PBR renderer and a new physics system, that if you would like to read more about, you can click here.
Five Reasons To Want To Be A Pilot
If you watch the new Titanfall 2 Pilots Gameplay trailer, you can already tell how in sync Pilots and their Titans are. Each one half to complete a whole, a new blog post that you can read here describes what it takes to be a pilot, including knowing how to maneuver and how pilots and titans are an extension of one another.
As you can see in the trailer, there are plenty of various ways to use this relationship between a pilot and a titan. Around the 1:00 mark or so, you can see a pilot calling down his titan, which happens to land on and destroy an enemy titan. After that, you see a pilot park his titan outside of a building filled with enemies. As the pilot makes his way through and clears the building of three hostiles, he jumps out of a window to have his titan catch him.
You can pick up your own copy of Titanfall 2 when it is released this year on October 28 for PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.
