Mirror’s Edge Catalyst’s New Song by CHVRCHES
DICE, an Electronic Arts Inc. studio, announces a collaboration with Scottish electronic group, CHVRCHES. The group composed the original song, “Warning Call”, for the upcoming video game, Mirror’s Edge™ Catalyst. The song is featured at the start and end of the game and one more secret location. The song touches on many of the thematic elements of the Mirror’s Edge Catalyst story. “Warning Call” is available to stream and download at all major service providers.
CHVRCHES’ signature style is its own brand of twisted pop music that merges organic and electronic. Lauren Mayberry wrote the lyrics from the perspective of the game’s heroine, Faith, and depicts her world, struggles, and strength. “Warning Call'” is one of the band’s finest work.
