Justiin Davis takes on the role of Young Stan Edgar in ‘The Boys’, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
As we quipped in the interview, “There is no ‘I’ in ‘TEAM’ but there are two in ‘Justiin’,” Justin Davis does an incredible job in fills the shoes of Giancarlo Esposito as the Young Stan Edgar in ‘The Boys‘ as he is introduced while confronting Solider Boy (Jensen Ackles) on the battle field, during a mission that was not as…unpronounced as they needed it to be for Vought International.
Davis steals the scenes as the Young Stan Edgar, who at the time is a Junior Vought Executive, but he is just as suave and calculated as he is in the current day. Davis, who not only looks like Giancarlo Esposito in his youth, but has the same charisma and presence as ‘The Mandalorian‘ star does as an elder statesman.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Davis showed an appreciation for the arts, theater and performing at an early age. At the age of 3 he started to book commercials and performed in small productions in the New York area. After graduating from elementary school, Davis entered the Professional Performing Arts School, whose alumni included artists and actors like Alicia Keys, Jesse Isenberg, Sara Hyland and many others. Davis also got into modeling and has appeared in many print and broadcasting companies like, Apple, Pepsi, Macy’s, Nike, Verizon, Pumaand many others. Davis made his big-screen debut in The Taking of Pelham 123 alongside Denzel Washington and numerous TV appearances which included, ‘30Rock,’ ‘The Good Wife,’ ‘The Sopranos‘ and ‘Law & Order.’
