If you’ve ever worked customer service, you are aware of the passive aggressive give and take that happens when there’s a disagreement with the customer. It’s a battle of wits until either the manager is called and almost automatically sides with the customer or the rare case of either side being completely dumbfounded. The experience has been turned into a game, this game, Oh…Sir!!! The Insult Simulator.

In Oh…Sir!!! The Insult Simulator, players take turns choosing words/phrases to craft an insult towards their opponent. Each location has a few scenarios, such as a customer trying to return a dead pet to a pet shop or two people who seem to be trying to claim the same train car, and players proceed to insult each other until one of their morale is obliterated and concedes defeat.

It’s hilarious! The gameplay is very basic, players take turns and choose from a list of the words/phrases available. There are some extra power-ups, like sipping tea, that may allow you to choose different words or choose multiple words, but in general you take turns choosing one at a time. The brilliance of it is that the sentences have to make grammatical sense. You can’t just choose insulting words, you have to put them together to make a sentence. Also, the actual insult determines how much morale you kill. So it’s not just about making a really long sentence, it’s also about making it hurt.

The game is extremely simple and direct, and would probably be better on mobile. However, it is so hilarious that it would be fun on any platform. If you’ve ever wanted to practice you insulting, there is really no better game to do so. My Oh…Sir!! The Insult Simulator Review is a 8/10
