Flashback interview with IFBB Pro Women’s Physique competitor Jamie Pinder about remaining healthy during the pandemic.
At the start of the pandemic we interviewed three time Olympia contestant, IFBB Pro Women’s Physique, fitness coach and all around awesome person, Jamie Pinder about how to remain healthy as the world was falling apart. In 2016, Pinder placed first in the Wings of Strength Chicago Pro competition and fifth at the Women’s Physique during the Olympia competition.
In fact as awesome as Pinder is, her divorce is far superior to some people’s marriages and to show how great her will is, she came back from some serious health issues that we discussed during out interview as part of the first way of lockdowns took place. We discuss other topics such as retaining feminine features while preparing for competition, the use of PEDs, both properly and improperly and the levels that some people go to without needing in order to achieve their competition physiques.
As the parts of Europe and the United States face a second wave of lockdowns with a Covid spike we are posting this flashback interview with Ms. Pinder on what it means to have the Ms. Olympia returning, how to remain healthy while facing anxiety from these lock downs and profile her career as well.
Throughout our interview, we attempted our best to keep it light and humorous with the excitement of various competitions for women returning to the Olympia stage that is still scheduled for December, 2020 in Las Vegas. As Thanksgiving approaches only time will tell if the Phoenix Rising, which takes place the week prior will come to fruition as so many competitors have been training in order to take their place on the Planet Hollywood stage.
Jamie Pinder also does coaching and other forms of consultations where you can reach her via her Instagram account @jamiepinder14.
