On tonight’s DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League special we got our first glimpse at footage from next year’s Wonder Woman movie. CBR has put the footage online, and we’re bringing it to you. The footage features Goeff Johns and the show’s host Kevin Smith discussing what makes Wonder Woman tick, and what to expect from her film debut, as well as commentary by co-star Chris Pine, director Patty Jenkins, and the star herself, Gal Gadot. The trailer gives us a good idea of how the film will present Diana’s story of leaving Thymescaria for the world of man, fulfilling her purpose as an Amazon warrior. And it looks pretty great. For many this is the most anticipated of all of DC’s films, and after the problems behind the scenes it looks like they’ve got something here. We said it was DC Week didn’t we? Expect much more in the coming days.
