What was your first cosplay experience?
Oh gosh, the first time I ever cosplayed was at Comic- con of 2004 or 2005 I don’t remember. I wore my older brother’s hand me down Naruto cosplay even though I didn’t watch Naruto. I had so much fun pretending to be someone else, and having people take pictures of me (even though my cosplay was horrible haha).

What is your favorite Cosplay you have ever worn/created?
My favorite cosplay I wear is definitely Raven. I have so much fun doing it because I see a lot of myself in her and everybody loves it. It brings me back to my childhood every time I wear it and I feel like it does the same for a lot of people.
If you had unlimited resources, what cosplay would you create?
I would make the Ame Comi Raven. Her cape is the most beautiful and detailed thing I have ever seen and I would love to bring it to life, but it would extremely expensive to do in real life. It might not be able to be done.
What advice would you offer others trying to break into Cosplay?
Wear whatever cosplay you want. You don’t have to look like the character to cosplay them. You can be any gender, race, age, or have any body type. You can still wear whatever cosplay you want and look damn fine in it. Don’t be afraid to wear what you want. Your first couple cosplays might not be the best, but that just means that they are only going to get better. Even if other people don’t like your cosplay just take a hundred selfies, and post them all of the internet because you definitely look good.
