Marvel Studios continues its domination over the pop culture landscape and their latest piece of popcorn fare, Doctor Strange, only proves that they’re not slowing down any time soon. Benedict Cumberbatch stepped into the role of Steven Strange in director Scott Derrickson‘s wildly tripy blockbuster, seamlessly introducing one of the more peculiar characters from the comic books into the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now the incantations and spells that mesmerized audiences will be landing on Digital HD and Blu-ray, with Digital HD available on February 14th (you’ll love it!) and Blu-ray on February 28th.
As with anything Marvel related, the Blu-ray for Doctor Strange doesn’t have to remain focused on just this one movie alone, as the disc features teases for the various forms of comic book chaos that is about to be unleashed in the rest of Marvel’s Phase 3. With teasers for the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok also appearing on the disc, there are no shortage of glimpses into the future for any devoted true believer.
Make sure your eyeballs are attached firmly within your head because they might start popping out when viewing the wild special effects and mystical madness of the Sorcerer Supreme. Excelsior!
