Cryptozoic Entertainment, leading creator of tabletop games and collectibles, and YUKE’s, a leading developer and publisher of video games, have announced DC Dual Force; a digital collectible card game (CCG) licensed by WB Interactive Entertainment on behalf of DC. This unprecedented partnership with DC will feature an all-new single-player experience that draws on over 80 years of DC comic book history. Players will be able to collect their fan-favorite characters from the DC Universe at launch, but also the ever-expanding catalog that will include all Super Heroes and Super-Villains in future updates. The best part, it will be free-to-play and allow fans to play their favorite comics and earn rewards. The game will have a constant stream of new content, with a comic from the vast existing DC library released every week for pans to play through.
In the game, players will team up with their favorite DC Heroes and Villains to build amazing decks that take advantage of the characters’ synergies. The countless combinations unlock expansive variety in gameplay, especially in terms of strategy. Cryptozoic is dedicating to making the game a quick to learn and fun to master experience, making the innovative card game mechanics intuitive for all players.
