David Lucatch and Gary Schaeffer Revitalize The Outer Space Men for a new generation of toy collectors and science fiction fans.
David Lucatch, CEO of Liquid Avatar Technologies and Managing Director of Oasis and Wall Street executive Gary Schaeffer team up with Deadpool Co-Creator, Fabian Nicieza to revitalize a toy line from the 1960s called, The Outer Space Men, for the 21st century.
In doing so, we now have digital renderings that recreated these action figures, along with a comic book in the works via Nicieza and Apex Comics, along with NFTs and a whole host of other goodies to keep fans and toy collectors interested.
Schaeffer himself discusses how the line was stopped short and only 16 of the original 21 characters were released, but now, with this set they will be able to release the entire line that was originally intended.

Apex Comics Group and Fabian Nicieza (the creative mastermind behind Deadpool) are announcing the return of the legendary action figure collection, The Outer Space Men, in a reimagined roll-out of physical collectibles, AR-enhanced NFTs, Liquid Avatars, trading cards and comic books!

The full roster of The Outer Space Men features 21 characters hailing from all four corners of the universe and beyond. Beginning mid-August 2021, collectors and other interested parties will be able to buy their own limited edition physical Outer Space Men with matching digital collectible NFTs. This limited series run, with special rare items available, will launch “The Outer Space Men Have Landed” multi-media program that will span physical and digital figures, digital trading cards, augmented reality, 3D digital replicas, 2D Liquid Avatars and a limited comic book collector run featuring key artists from the industry, led by Apex Comics Group and Oasis Digital Studios.
