'Clue' in on what Mrs. White has to say at the Segerstrom

Tari Kelly Talks About Playing Mrs. White in ‘Clue‘ taking Residency at Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Accomplished stage actress, Tari Kelly reprises her role of Mrs. White in ‘Clue‘ running at the Segerstrom Center of the Arts from July 23 to 28, 2024.

Kelly sat down and spoke with us about how ‘Clue‘ has done the complete opposite of most theatrical runs. Instead of beginning on Broadway and then touring around the country, ‘Clue‘ started off as a touring company with hopes of landing on Broadway. The reaction has been so great to the various regional showings that members of various casts were combined to tour.

Kelly discusses how she joined the cast, what it is like for the touring company to see fans dress up as their favorite characters and just like the original film, what to expect with various multiple endings.

Synopsis:

Murder and blackmail are on the menu when six mysterious guests assemble at Boddy Manor for a night they’ll never forget! Was it Mrs. Peacock in the study with the knife? Or was it Colonel Mustard in the library with the wrench? Based on the cult 1985 Paramount movie and inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, ‘Clue‘ is the ultimate whodunit that will leave you dying of laughter and keep you guessing until the final twist.
