The Doctor Who universe exploded like a distant star with the news that Peter Capaldi’s Doctor Costume has finally been chosen. With a dark blue Crombie coat with red lining, there seems to be a flash back to the wonders of Jon Pertwee’s Doctor’s style and sass, but with more simplicity. The outfit is dark, stark and streamline, all things that the new Doctor is rumored to be in the upcoming season. Filming has begun in Cardiff, with costar Jenna Louise Coleman. The show is rumored to return in August 2014.
