The Moroccan heavyweight, Jamal Ben Saddik takes on French fighter Nicolas Wamba as the Glory Superfight Series continues.
Ben Saddik at 6’9″ dwarfs the 6’5″ Frenchman. Wamba starts off with light kicks, as Ben Saddik stalks his prey with a big leg kick to the head and one for Wamba’s leg, almost taking down Wamba.
Wamba’s efforts almost seem like love taps as Ben Saddik’s powerful leg kicks to Wamba’s head drops him to his knees resulting in a standing 8-count. Ben Saddik lives up to his name as the, “Goliath” as he can easily take off an opponents head with one-punch knockout power.
The second begins as Wamba is doing whatever he can to distract Ben Saddik drops the Frenchmen with a massive left hook that could level a brick wall, and a final left hook ending the fight at 1:20 in the first round. If Rocky IV was to be remade, Ben Saddik would be cinema’s new incarnation of Ivan Drago.
