Often in science fiction and in comics, we learn that scientists who try to play God learn that hard way that creation isn’t meant to be equal to creator and in Batman’s world of Dark Knight III The Master Race, The Atom, Ray Palmer learns the hard way that sometimes you must leave well enough alone, especially in dealing with Kandor.
This go around, Carrie Kelly, is in custody refusing to talk about Bruce Wayne and where the Batman is, whether alive or dead, you will never learn from her lips, but Robin is always cunning and with the skills she’s acquired from the Dark Knight, she is able to escape her eminent doom in prison.
Brian Azzarello teaming with Frank Miller on the writing team have revitalized interest in Batman and what the Dark Knight is often thought of when his name is spoken by comic fans. Andy Kubert and Eduardo Risso make the series pop with their art.
I really wish I could give more spoilers, but I don’t want to ruin this series for anyone. I love Else Worlds stories and this is on par with the original.
Dark Knight III The Master Race book two can be picked up online or your local comic shop.
