Star Wars Battlefront II Multiplayer Beta Announcement
Star Wars Battlefront II Multiplayer Beta Announcement: Beta will start on October 4 for fans who pre-order or October 6 for the public and will end on October 9.
About a month ago, fans received an early look at Star Wars Battlefront II during EA Play and E3 2017. Now, EA has just released new details concerning the upcoming multiplayer beta before the game’s release in November.
This year’s Star Wars Battlefront II will include content from all three eras of the movies, from the Original Trilogy to the Clone Wars, and even the New Trilogy. Battlefront II will have an assortment of modes that will allow you to play as all of your favorite heroes from the movies, and will also feature free downloadable content drops throughout the various seasons EA will be hosting for the game.
In the upcoming beta, there will be two new modes to try out; Galactic Assault will take place on Naboo: Theed and Starfighter Asssault (more details on that coming at Gamescom). Galactic Assault will be a 20 vs. 20 mode that will take place during the Clone Wars, with you taking control as either the Republic’s Clone Troopers or the Separatists’ Battle Droids in a fight around the palace of Theed.
The multiplayer beta for Star Wars Battlefront II will be live on October 4 for those who have pre-ordered the game and will open up to the public on October 6. It will conclude its run on October 9, and will be available on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Origin on PC.
