Having already resurrected Arrested Development from the dead and saved The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt from the NBC scrapheap, Netflix is giving the world what they’ve been clamoring for throughout the past few decades — more Pee-Wee Herman. Today Pee-Wee himself Paul Rubens shared on his blog the first images of Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday, which has just started production. The Netflix produced film was written by Paul Rubens with Paul Rust and will be directed by John Lee, who has done directing work on the comedy shows Broad City and Inside Amy Schumer. No date has been set for when Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday will be available to stream. Until then, you only have until the end of the month to stream Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure before it disappears from the streaming service on April 1st. There’s also a bunch of Pee-Wee’s Playhouse streaming as well, so you have no excuses to be illiterate in the ways of Pee-Wee.
