My legs are on fire. Two days after leg day is always worse than the day after leg day. If, “aw” was a bird call, I would have flock of those things in my driveway. Wednesdays are non-lifting days because this month is a four-day split and DC Comics has released a few new number ones and mini-series that needed to be reviewed for today.
Breakfast was a cheese omelette and black coffee without sugar. Lunch was a salami sandwich and a bowl of tabbuleh. As for dinner I had another salami sandwich. I am drinking three liters of water, which has me going and coming…if you get the gist.
Continuing on to day three of Country Heat we move on to the second workout on the first DVD called, “Giddy Up.” This go-around, the breakdown is 20 minutes with an intensified 29 minute routine. Just as I thought I was getting a hold of a few of the moves from the first workout, BOOM, on to the next one!
The lady that you’re supposed to follow for the modifications is named Julie. A young woman with an infectious smile and a heaven-send because doing one of those skip moves as shown by Autumn would have put me back in an ankle quick.
Tomorrow will be back and biceps as well as another round of Giddy Up. Fingers crossed my knees and ankles continue to hold up.
