There are those unfortunate high school reunions that take place over Thanksgiving, where everyone who has moved to other corners of the world return to their hometown to feast with family. Those unplanned high school reunion typically occur the night before Thanksgiving when everyone has assembled at the bar. In the upcoming comedy Most Likely to Murder, one of those reunions leads to a possible murder mystery and a comedy of errors. The film is set to be released by Studio L on May 1, 2018 on DVD and Digital HD, and will be premiering in the very near future at South by Southwest.
Most Likely to Murder boasts an impressive comedic cast, headlined by Adam Pally from last year’s excellent Band Aid, Mad Men‘s Vincent Kartheiser, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend‘s Rachel Bloom. The film is being sold as a stoner take on Alfred Hitchcock‘s Rear Window, which I gotta say is a pretty appealing concept. The film is directed by Dan Gregor and written by Gregor and Doug Mand, the two having previously collaborated on Bloom’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend as writers.
Check out the trailer for Most Likely to Murder which lands on DVD and VOD on May 1st.
