Telltale Games have formally announced the cast for their upcoming Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series Which is due for release this spring. The cast will include:
- Scott Porter as Star-Lord
- Emily O’Brien as Gamora
- Nolan North reprising his role as Rocket
- Brandon Paul Eells as Drax the Destroyer
- Adam Harrington as Groot
Also announced, but shouldn’t come as a surprise, Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy series will also hit retail as a special Season Pass Disc. The Season Pass disc will the first episode on disc and access to each additional episode as it becomes available for download. Platform availability has yet to be determined.
For those at PAX East, at 6pm on March 10th, Telltale Games, along with Marvel Games Creative Director, Bill Rosemann, will host a panel in the Albatross Theater, where they will talk about the creative process that went into making Guardians. For those that can not make it, the panel will also be streamed live on Twitch. Then, on March 17th, at SXSW in Austin, TX, Telltale will host a Crowd Play event where attendees will be able to dictate the outcome the story using their mobile devices. The SXSW Crowd Play event will be at the Paramount Theater at 6:30pm.
