Cartoon Network finally announces the global launch of the Steven Universe RPG Save the Light the week of Oct. 31 on PS4 and Xbox One
If you didn’t read my coverage from E3, here it is. Steven Universe’s Save the Light is an extremely fun and well-made game that is enjoyable to fans and future fans of the series. Save the Light will launch Oct. 31 on Playstation 4 in North America and Latin America October 31 and November 3 on Xbox One globally. Preoroder will be digitally available for Xbox One through Xbox Games Store beginning October 23rd for $24.99.
Save the Light is the sequel to the hit mobile RPG Attack the Light, that features an original storyline created in a close partnership with Steven Universe creator Rebecca Sugar. Players will be able to discover fresh and familiar characters and enemies while exploring a vaster variety of locations from the series like Beach CIty, Strawberry Battlefields, the Great North and more.
Players will create a team from eight unique playable characters like Connie, Lapis, Peridot, and Greg Universe, who are new to the gaming series. Players will journey with the characters, leveling them up, gaining new abilities, and crafting gear, in order to face off against foes and bosses in an active turn-based battle system.
