There is nothing more exciting in comics right now than the team-up between the Heroes in a Half-Shell fighting alongside the Dark Knight, however with great superhero team-ups, there comes the joining of forces between their rogues and if you have been following along for the past four months, you know that Ra’s Al Ghul has joined forces with Shredder.
Now as the Turtles continue to find a way home and the Foot Clan wanting to set up new ground by taking over Gotham City instead of returning to their own world, it is just one more challenge to be added for our heroes to overcome as they are devolving back to their original reptilian state. However, the enemy of my enemy is my ally as one of Batman’s most evil villains has betrayed his betrayers informing everyone, including Commissioner Gordon that the most dastardly of the unholy would be exposed to the mutagen that turned the Turtles from potential house pets, to a fearsome fighting team.
Luckily, it’s not five on 500, but we now have the added help of Casey Jones and Robin, the Son of Batman to close the gap. What happens next, you have to read for yourself as the I cannot put into words the wonderment that is Freddie Williams II’s art in the final pages of this amazing comic.
James Tynion IV and Williams are an amazing team and with only one issue left in this series, it is sad to see them coming off this book as it is a must have collection.

The Verdict
Batman Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles only has one more issue left in the series and I am sad to see it end. This is a must have collection for any comics fan. If you haven’t bought the individual issues, make sure to pick up the graphic novel.
