We’re just a hair over three weeks away from Avengers: Infinity War, the culmination of a decade of superhero films that will reshape the interconnected universe that started with Iron Man in 2008. Today brings us a featurette that provides us with a behind the scenes look at the upcoming superhero epic with interviews from members of its expansive cast. Entitled “Family,” the featurette speaks to members of Marvel’s roster old and new, from Tony Stark himself Robert Downey, Jr. to Black Panther standout Danai Gurira. Over the course of this two-minute featurette, you really get a sense of just how far these characters have traveled over the course of 18 films done over 10 years time.
Now all the corners of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are going to converge, to the grounded heroes on the streets of New York to the cosmic forces found in Thor or the Guardians of the Galaxy to battle the nefarious Mad Titan Thanos (Josh Brolin). The astounding cast of Avengers: Infinity War is expansive in a way that would make Robert Altman blush, headlined by Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, Scarlett Johansson, Elizabeth Olsen, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Mark Ruffalo, and many, many more.
The world of Marvel on the silver screen will never be the same again once directors Joe and Anthony Russo unleash Avengers: Infinity War in theaters on April 27, 2018.
